This notice explains how Puffed Delights LLP handles personal data submitted through this website. It is written in plain language — no lawyer required.
What we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, city, and your message. Phone number is optional. If you tick the newsletter opt-in, we record that preference.
We also log your IP address and browser type for spam detection.
Why we collect it
We use your name, email, and message to respond to your inquiry. Nothing else.
If you opted in to the newsletter, we use your email to send occasional updates on new pack sizes and stockist availability.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in a Supabase database (servers in the India region). A notification email is sent to our team via Resend (a transactional email service).
We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
How long we keep it
We keep your submission until you request deletion. To delete your data, email us at puffeddelights@gmail.com with the subject line “Delete my data.”
Your rights under the DPDP Act
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act (2023), you have the right to:
- Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Withdraw your newsletter consent at any time by emailing us.
We will respond to all data requests within 30 days.
